Who attends Community LIVE?

The Community Live! audience represents a huge market for business partners and management companies. In 2025, for the first time, our event took place at the Lancaster Convention Center. For 2026, the event returns to Valley Forge Casino and we anticipate many that did not attend in 2025 will return in 2026 due to the geographic location. On average, this event is attended by:

Over 300 non-exhibitor attendees
200 community association manager attendees, from more than 28 management companies.
In 2025, these managers represented nearly 1100 community associations with more than 101,000 homes.
In 2025, One third of our attendees are first time attendees.

The sponsorships below include the following, plus additional benefits noted next to each sponsor type.

Sponsorships Marked with an Asterisk * include Exhibitor PLUS, which includes the following online exhibitor profile features:

Aisle Floor Sign Sponsor	Sponsor company logo will be printed on one aisle floor decal. CAI will do our best to assign you the same aisle that your booth is located in, if available.	$550	9
Conference Mobile App Sponsor	Your banner ad linked to your website will show on the conference app schedule page, attendee list page, or exhibitor list page for the entirety of the conference and be seen by all attendees who use the mobile app. Note - there will be no printed program book this year, so we expect more attendees to use the mobile app.	$500	3
